What are the payment methods used?

The payment methods used are: American Express, Apple Pay, Mastercard, PayPal and Visa.

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping fees are calculated at the end of the purchase, by our shipping partner.  When you finalize your order, the shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the total weight of your order and its destination.

When will I receive my order?

After we receive your order, we will proceed with the production of your items, which will be completed in approximately 5-7 days.

The manufacturing time is not included in the shipping time.

What happens if there is a stock shortage? Could it jeopardise my order?

Our team regularly replenishes the stock of materials and the product is made to order. If there is an acute shortage of material stock, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.

What if I like a piece that is out of stock now?

Contact the team to find out if it will be possible to make another similar product, as there may be small differences between materials used, such as the colour of the threads used. For more information see the "Shipping Policy" tab.

What would I do if I never received my order?

After the 10-day time limit, please contact our team via email at geral@janeladalma.pt.

What do I do if I receive a defective order?

You should contact our team via email at geral@janeladalma.pt.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Once the order has been placed you will not be able to make any changes to your order.

Where are you located?

In Faro, south of Portugal.

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

Our products are based on sustainable materials such as linen, cotton and cork. To find out more please see the "Sustainable Materials" tab.

What is the return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at geral@janeladalma.pt.
