Shipping policy

Shipping fees are calculated at the end of the purchase, by our shipping partner.  When you finalize your order, the shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the total weight of your order and its destination. 

Our products are handmade, each piece is unique and therefore the measurements may differ by +- 1 cm from those mentioned on the products.

The colors of the items you may receive may be slightly different from those you see in our store due to computer settings.

Please note that the manufacturing time is not included in the shipping time.

The production process normally takes between 5 and 7 working days, unless there is a large amount of extra work.
