DESCRIPTION
A multifunctional handmade bag in 100% linen. in white color. With an embroidered design of a traditional Portuguese azulejo tile, on the front. Inspired by the Portuguese art of storytelling through tiles, which can be seen in various monuments throughout Portugal.
Adorned with a lace strip, that can be personalised with one of the two colours you have as an option. Inside, it has a cotton lining that gives it a very delicate touch, and with a round cord to close the bag.

This portuguese tradition was born out of the need to help the poorest, the cloth bag was used to collect bread and other foodstuffs. It was called "Bread for God" and is a custom that continues to this days.

It can be used for various purposes, such as: storing and preserving bread and biscuits, storing some delicate articles of clothing, for sensitive jewellery, or in case of travelling.
