DESCRIPTION
A multifunctional bag, handmade of 60% linen and 40%cotton, both entirely of vegetable origin. With an embroidered bar inspired by lace and Portuguese tiles and customized with a light cream lace strip, in 100% cotton. Inside, it has a cotton lining that gives it a very delicate touch, and with a round cord to close the bag.
This portuguese tradition was born out of the need to help the poorest, the cloth bag was used to collect bread and other foodstuffs. It was called "Bread for God" and is a custom that continues to this days.
It can be used for various purposes, such as: storing and preserving bread and biscuits, storing some delicate articles of clothing, for sensitive jewellery, or in case of travelling.
